Initial Consultation–What can you expect?

Programs begin with an initial consult to review medical, nutrition and diet history.  This information is essential to formulate your goals and develop the right personalized program that meets your needs.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Dedicated, personal instruction available. This is a unique and educational experience. You will learn important elements such as form — and what exercises are best for you body type. Are you a mesomorph, endomorph, etcomorph? Michele will help guide you towards the right exercises for your body type.

PARTNER TRAINING

Need a buddy for moral support? This is the service for you. Partner training is an economical way to receive individual instruction that will keep you accountable and energized at the same time.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Need that added edge in your workouts?

  • to gain strength
  • to increase body mass
  • to gain definition in various body parts without bulk
  • desiring a leaner, stronger body
